IMHO it was just a number that everyone is tossing around. Now think about this for a minute. Richard gets asked a  number of questions. Some he can answer and some he can't. Right so far?

What is he was asked how much we have in the ground and other questions that would be improper for him to tell. Insider trading. But what if after the questions Nemis would have said 30 bucks or 50 bucks. Would that not possibly be construed as inside info? Besides, in times like this one should be conservative. He'd rather be wrong because the sell was for fifty than be wrong because its less than 10. So 10 bucks is a sure thing. Thats what I take from the wording of that call.
