Strato Says So ! Hah !

But seriously........

They've had much lesser news than the statement I just read from QQ's contact and still had an NR (Thanks for the great work, QQ).

So you'd think that this news was worthy of an NR, not necessarily a halt, but certainly an NR, an update for all of us who weren't at the "Rich Man's Club".

That's just my gut feel based on previous NR's and what they contained.
