Environment Canada is now calling for this Winter to be Unusually Cold all across the country due to the 'El Christina' Oceanic Current Flow off Chile. Thus, if that turns out to be the case and the El Christina phenomenon holds up all winter we can expect it to remain very cold in the JBL and you over there may get lots of mild weather. I am hoping for many Chinooks here in Calgary to break up the cold periods but will have to endure in the mean while. Old Joe
