Regardless of who else JP Morgan is working for, when it comes to a decision to accept or reject any offers, Richard Nemis and the Share Holders of Noront Resources will have a say. The final say! I feel confident that in due course there will be very intense review of any such offer and the Companies NOT on the winning side will help in scrutinizing the proposed winning offer. I am sure we will look very closely before casting our vote! So, worry on that is known and NOT on what likely will NOT happen. Old Joe
