Great report.  Good questions.. Clear and concise.  Nice job pw.

I think we need two people "only" to  have contact RN and they should work together to ask the questions. 

Why two?  Simple... less chance of faltering and a better chance of maintaining the constant.  We don't want to keep changing the people who call because it is simply less productive...too many of the same things can get asked..or questions that aren't really that relevant are asked while the important stuff gets missed.

Here is my suggestion:

We pick 2 or 3 or whatever the forum wants (we actually have to get along and pick the team members quickly) and create a Committee.   The "committee" may include anyone in the forum who has put forth intelligent contributions to the forum and is not working with a personal agenda in hand (I think we pretty much know who they are..)

After the members of the committee get picked these people take turns putting forth the questions, but only after deliberation with the other members of the shall we call it "DD (Due Diligence) Committee).

Now here is the important part:  No one member of the Committee is the Chair...all members are equals.  No one will be the spokesman for the committee as that leads to issues.  This is for fact finding only and the only way to get the facts in and out of the Committee hands is through "open minded communication".  I think from the posts I see most if not all of the forum members are mature and are more interested in the team approach to keeping on top of this stock as it grows.

Lets work with this idea.  It leaves for a long term communication network between the shareholders and management that can let management update us "informally" while being able to concentrate on their work...which is of course beneficial to everyone involved in this project.

Sorry this is long but it's my idea of the best way to deal with things.

The committee of course would ask questions once a week and would report back once a week.  The day may stay constant or be dynamic in order to move with impending NR.  That is up to the Committee membership. 

Personally,  a group of 3 or 5 people, forming the committe is more stable than 1 person doing all of the work.  Furthermore it is a fairer means to an end. Its less work for the many to do than the individual.

Let me know what you think and where you have suggestions please feel free to forward them.  I know Cansenco is one of the choices being bantered around.  I am willing to participate.  I like pw's post as well.  I would of course love Misfit1 to work on the Committee as well if that was his choosing.  We all have to remember that the members have to be here to keep a constant ear to the forum and the movements in the company.  Some, albeit great for the job, may be unable to extend that much time to be committee members.  Whatever the case it is the better way to contact management and we should be doing it as quickly as possible.
