I think you are referring to 'Practical Problem Solving'. Such are the methods that got this 'Sub Prime' situation going in the first place. When a cleaver 'Solution' to problems, annoyances, challenges, or what ever euphemism is preferred, or merely an unintended application of a cleaves mechanism (to skirt some formal regulation...)... becomes widely known, applied, and even accepted as the 'New Normal', these kinds of eventualities should not be a shocker, let along a surprise. That is around the point where 'The Smart' have finally 'Out Smarted' themselves. I wonder how many 'hot shots' around here at one time or other in the past few months will get them selves into a situation resulting from their own cleaver concoctions. I don't really care to find out nor wonder too much, but it is mostly a rhetorical thought I get once in a while. As for who usually pays for others folly, We all do in some way. That never changes any more than does the cleaver scheming. And with that, Good Close for today!
