Goldman, I hate to burst your bubble but why would someone pay $10 for 10% when they could buy the 10% tomorrow for $6 or $7 per share on the open market.Don't see the logic unless you are thinking what I think you are thinking, and that would be that the share price will be around the $10 before X-mas.
