So this would mean an additional 125M shares or so with 1.25B in the bank. Anyone care to guess what this money would be for?

This would be a major coup I believe for who ever makes this deal. I would also speculate it would be someone (Xsastra, Rio...) that would make us even more attractive to MM and a race may ensue for positionning as at this share price, even 10-15$ sp, we would be seen as fairly cheap with a big brother like that to help us with the right connections.
