tcp1002; This implys that there is an important item or two that needs to be fully addressed before the Assay results are returned for Release to the public. I expect that such a situation likely does exist. The best plans need to have items of importance addressed in the correct sequence in order to proceed in the best path. Thus, what ever it is that is NOT quite finalized or in firm place at the moment is well worth waiting for. Anyone wanting to 'Go Off Half Cocked' can do so if that is what they like.
