Thanks Oskee for the clarification. It is easy to take a statement and raed it the way you want rather than for what ir really is. No harm by anyone just anxiousness.

I'm sure with what Richard and team are knowledgeable of reagarding DE, Windfall etc. they wake up everyday more anxious than the day before to get the job done. God Bless them and all of us that wait patiently!!!
