Bang on Snezzer! As in every exchange we deal with varying levels of maturity, judgement, insight, etc.  After all, we are dealing with the human race, sometimes it seems like a horse race, Ha, Ha!

     I believe we have a good leader in RN, he did instill confidence in me from the very first time I heard him speak.  Steady at the helm type, lots of experience, a good track record, very capable.  No spring's chicken though (just an observation) and I am sure that is to our benefit.  What tightens me up just a little are those hero worshipping types.  Let's suppose we hear news that is not up to our expectations or not what we want.  Does that change his celebrity status????  Do we shoot the messenger????  We sure don't!  It is what it is. 

     The search is on for the size of the ore body and we will find out what it is and no amount of "I phoned Richard" which is good stuff overall or "Christmas present mentality" is going to change that.  We need results from the well head and as Griz says "Drill it" (give us the results) and they will come. 

     This is such a colorful forum with its ups and downs and all personality types are represented.  Great stuff!
