This new land acquisition is calculated to bring home more of what we have been celebrating.  I call it money in the bank (.... or perhaps term deposit).  It will be done with the assistance of the other joint venture parties, adding speed and expertise to the exploration.  The NOT holdings are increasing, adding to the potential wealth of this company, it's JV partners and the shareholders bottom line.  

The noise on this board is much like a phone-in radio show.  It likewise attracts bashers, pumpers and the neurotic.  Most of these folks have no idea what is truly going on behind the scenes.  However, they will remain ubiquitous.
