The Big Think - Knocking it Out of the Ball Park

doublewide, your statement (Dec. 13, @11:45am) appears to be a good review, IMO, to the Dec. 13 News Release by Noront Resources.
However, the very last part: "narrowing to the south"??? Is it that that is simply a quick pick of wording or do you 'mean/intend' more by it?
Would you rather think it is being 'cut off to the South' or simlpy changing direction as it heads 'South South West' to then actually head off towards the 'South West'?
I think Dr. Mungall said quite a great deal in what was included in the news release. I am still working on it but feel happy that he may be helping confirm my suspecions/conceptulization of many weeks ago. I am wondering about 'magnetic responses' and 'mineralization chemistry'. I hope someone such as 'Geoinvestor', 'pw?','miskealp's friend', or maybe 'rockaur' may be more formally knowledgeable on such matters? Some others that may be better capable of expanding on the geo or geochemical dynamics may want to jump in on this. Feel free to do so.
The complainers can complain all they like - though not much of this since Wednesday. Lets clutter up the Form with real meaningful discussion. Pennsylvania pete may not like it, but who cares.
As for the Dr. Mungall's Quotes? Some significant focus on Sulfides.
Strange that our resident goe expert 'JD' NOW says they are unimportant?!!! I know he is a massive promoter of the entire "Ring of Fire", but? Is it that he is with holding something he does understand, or is it that he does not recall, or is it that he is a technical learner unable to properly extrapolate/infer and thus is now an investor/speculator/propagator, or is it that he really does not understand. Maybe he can or maybe he cannot explain his suggestion, so clearly made, that the Sulfides do not matter?
Why would I bring this up and get him all angry?
I wonder if Dr. Mungall was very careful to refer to the 'South' where I tend to think of as "to the South East", as I may have been looking further along the hoped for strike length than what he restricted his comments to. After all, being an 'Academic' he has a reputation to look out for and may be careful to have what is released to the public from his report restricted to the 'Facts' as thay are known at the time of his submission of his exclusive "Company Report".
Though I have no 'Academic Reputation' to be concerned about here, I am reluctant to stretch my neck way out there at the monent. But just like everyone else here, or anywhere for that matter, who have invested in this company - Noront Resources, I try to give myself guidance by generating diverse 'Theories' on the deposit shape, extent, and its formation event. With this, to date I feel that the 'Meteorite Theory' is NOT in the cards. NOT as the direct cause, at least. I had/have a mental image and can kill it (disprove it or fudge it up to unrecognizable proportions with various text book like ways of thinking with respect to this mineral deposit/area geology (as it is known to date) if I limit myself to such available info. But I can also justify strengthening it with the information we have to date from the area Geology, Drill results, and now, Dr. Mungall's contribution.
One last thought for the time being. Res-investor; Every one of the Stock Market coverage groups have their own interest at heart first and foremost. Money pays the tune. They can be outright manipulative, if need be for whatever purpose (FP) or they may choose to put unqualified individuals on a job/story and correct the expected mistakes/errors at a suitable lag time to suit whoever is intended to benefit. Doesn't happen too often and even the best of intentions have bad days. But it helps individual investors to keep on top of their investments and to also engage in sharing of info as a help and as a reassuring time saver. Thus, diversity of info sources is a great help. Individuals need only make of it what they can. With that in mind, I would love to read some speculative insights on current SP activity and the periodic appearence of individuals such as 'Traf..' on Tuesday or Wednesday evening. This, ALL the more so after seeing FWR have its abrupt assent early this morning (Friday) quickly impeded by that MASSIVE ask 'WALL'. Who is doing this and why? Any and all Theories will be welcome! And try to think beyond their Tool, the 'Broker Houses'.
Old Joe
PS: Want to be on 'Vacation' so let me have less but still good reading. Think, compose, review. think again, and then post. NOT easy as most of what I read from Thursday and Friday was very good input. Well stated but no one went after Dr. Mungall and JD in any depth, though HooToo? did re-enter on Friday with some questions. I need some Geochem commentary to stimulate more thought on what I felt was the most salient points of Dr. Mungall's Report excerpts included in the Dec. 13 News Release.
For that, THANKS ALL!
PSS: Oh! Look real close again and again and again at what the Doc. had to report. I believe it is ment to mean a lot, and does to me, especially when applied to all the other information on the area and Noronts News Releases Its impact should affect both the Double Eagle, Eagle1 and its imediate area, as well as impact for all the "Ring of Rire" area.
