great to hear from you again Misfit, i really appreciate what you have to say.  all the best in your new house, maybe if NOT goes the way we all hope/think I could be in your position depending on how long it takes. I AM HOLDING LONG, I bough in march  2006 for  thirty cents.  Have a  good Christmas, will be watching for u in the new year.
