I do agree with you and do give weight to what you have said. No question in my mind whatsoever that Richard Nemis and Noront Management believe totally that they have a spectacular find in DE. The hole #5 and infill justifies a price over $4 and more confirmation that enough tonnage is likely will justify over $5 .

Going to take time to prove everyone's belief is correct. The sooner the better imho.
