d12 you should never feel that posting communications with the company as being something you could be crucified over. I know that some posters appear to be waiting with baited breath for something, anything, that will make this downtrend reverse.

You are right...you can only give us the communication..not the results and I for one appreciate your efforts a great deal, as with others on the board who have dealt directly with the company and passed back the communications.

Anyone here that wants a quick fix for this is being impatient..this will bring frustration.. panic and in the worst case it will cause selling at the wrong time creating loss and a missed opportunity to make the uptrend when it happens. Whether the uptrend happens now or in January/February I don't see a reason to be giving any disrespect to any poster that provides us with information from the horses mouth. Say thank you and move forward. Thats it.
