You are not wrong, however misfit is a rockstar around here and attacking him or his choices are never popular.  Many here enjoy his posts tremendously including myself and I would hate for one poster to anoy him enough that he would stop posting.  For these reasons, your posts are not popular.  However, I do not believe they should be violations but Agora has their own view on this.
