Message: cost and feasibility uncertainty
From my readings I get the distinct feelings that new smelters are but a thing of the past. Heap leach chemical processing is the thing of the future. As for the final processing, 'Refining of High grade Concentrates', there will be continued need for refurbishment of old plants and construction of new facilities where practical. With these things in mind there is very good hope for both the Environment and for the Economics of many 'low Tonnage/good Grade' discoveries. With this in mind, Noront and the "Ring of Fire" still has to deal with High Grade/High Tonnage discoveries. I like dealing with this type of situation. Got NOT and NOT a problem! Old Joe
