Hi Cowsil,,

I've been trying to find the article concerning the two brokerage houses in CANADA that were fined 75 and 85 thousand by the OSC for naked shorting. I'll keep looking.. Supossedly, its just the tip of the iceburg. Don't put too much faith in the OSC to protect the interest of Canadian investors... Happy Holidays

PS.. I tried to paste a highly critical article from the Star about OSC, but itdidnt work
