Thanks for excellent info. Reading of page 26 in that report is a must for NOT investors. Issues related to the swampy region clearly will affect speed of work and eventual infrastructure construction.

I wonder how much have Spider been able to do since this article was published back in December 2004. Their rate of progress may be an indication of rate of progress forward as well for NOT. Anyone with specific info on this topic?
