I hold Spider for only a few reasons. first of all the shares out against are more than 300 million. that should scare anyone away but:

They are very strongly connected to NOT, FWR, MUG, et al

They share the same office as NOT

Some NOT board members belong on spider as well

Spider has already hit in that zone.

It is close to the NOT hit.

I am still worried about the shares out although that point will be moot soon.

I'm in because its my nature............:)......Don

Shares are cheap. Will cost nothing to cover. Just don't buy high. With shares out like that a penny is a lot......hope this helps
