I have been reading for a while but this is my first post.  I own shares in NOT/KWG/PRB/BMK/UC/NRN/FNC.

Anyone have any thoughts as to why Spider always trades at a premium to KWG?  The two companies seem to be equal partners in all of the significant properties.  In terms of fundamentals KWG seems to have the edge in terms of book value and outstanding shares.  Also UC Resources seems to be the majority partner in the best situated of the Spider and KWG properties.  Looking today Spider and KWG have each traded over 2,000,000 shares - UC 5400 shares.  I find the relative performances a little puzzling.  Am I missing something?
