The cost of all weather road to carry ore concentrates to Sudbury would, in my opinion, be far higher than $2 million. HOWEVER it is almost a certainty that the Provincial Government, with contribution from Federal Government, would cover almost all the cost.

Why? Because they want the Northern Area where these mines would go in to be accessible to provide services to Indians and get things moving up there. This kind of infrastructure is being studied by a task force at this moment and if mines come out of the current exploration the road makes more economic sense for Government to support.

You can bet that if road access is available there will be an explosion of mining exploration thorough the regions then accessable at lower cost than helicopter.
