Thank you for the posting. Actually it shows that JohnDeFur is incorrect. He has been saying (if you will review MANY of his posts on different forums) that the very large property area that UC controls is the one where SPQ can elect or not elect to finalize. The response from Jim confirms that this is NOT the case. UC has absolute 55% first right in this larger area.

Johndefur's posts yesterday regarding SPQ and UC are absolutely correct. I sent an email to SPQ yesterday to confrim and received this reply:

Hi Don,

UC has the right to earn into 55% of all properties in the McFaulds area with exception of the FWR/SPQ/KWG, and Renforth option areas.

UC must spend $4.5 million dollars on exploration to earn the 55%.To date ~$1 million has been spent.
