I'd disagree about value of Noront's DE being zero under any circumstances. The ore body they found is just too rich not to be economically viable, sooner or later.

Yes it won't be worth as much if more ore bodies aren't found but given the size of area and exploration going on you can be pretty certain that eventually someone will turn up more ore bodies. The Government wants to service this area with year round roads so will be supporting efforts.

I'm actually surprized that the Ontario Government hasn't come out with a plan to fast track a year round road into the area involved. It would save the exploration companies millions of dollars just in exploration expenses. This is something the companies involved should be taking up with the Government and perhaps we should be making an issue of as well with out representatives. If they start know they could have a road under construction in 2008.
