The roads will come. The marsh is not permafrost. I have read many posts about cashing in at $20, at $100, or $1000 and heading south in luxury. If this pans out (is this a gold panner’s analogy?) I for one will be looking to buy the first land available in Nemisville for a trailer park and a Hotel. We Alberta Oldtimers call this the deviant migration to the frontier. I'll bet DonyPee will be there too! We both missed Ft. McMurray it seems.

I know this is a digression but hey ... have a great time tonight and the very best to my NOTheaded compatriots in 2008.
