Thank you very much for the definition of MD&A.

I know what a Basher is, and I know what a clever "soft" Basher is!

Often when Bashers have done their work..and the stock price looks

like it's bottomed, Bashers quickly become clever Pumpers!

If I have misjudged you, I certainly apologize here and now.
