You are clearly ignoring the text of the report and of similar reports that have been posted on this board that prove that a 10% discount valuation is not written in stone, and much higher valuations have been made without the additional mineralization being identified.  The mere likelihood of mineralization (because of the type of deposit known to occur in clusters) adds value to a known deposit.
