Money alone won't but RN and Noront are positioned to raise both more money and more cheaply than any other junior in these plays. Drilling the huge area involved is going to cost a bundle and most juniors will have to visit the 'water trough' to raise funds to drill.

If Noront has a better handle on Geology than others and can cherry pick jv's buy picking up cost of drilling it could payoff big down the line. Not saying this is an approach they'll take but just drilling their own properties is going to require more money than is on hand.

Don't want to get into any cat fights over what is enough, of course Noront has cash but $8 million or more could be, and likely will be spent at Winfield in 2008 and we've yet to hear what all the drilling at DE 1 is going to cost let alone testing for DE 2 and 3 . RN and his boys have to be paid plus outside experts and I'd rather that be cash than options/shares.

Not suggesting Noront needs to raise money or will but it's not that unlikely and I'd expect he has offers on his desk. My guess is he'll prove up more resources at DE 1 before considering any deals since it would then be at higher share prices.
