You need to take a deep breath and suck up a little contrarian emotion. Just think - if someone were manipulating prices, what would their objective be ? Presumably, they either want to actually own more, or, more likely, they simply want to prevent runaway upward momentum that does not actually reflect established value. It is good to be a little paranoid because most stocks are manipulated on a short term basis for a variety of legitimate reasons. You need only decide 1) Is management working for the shareholders (I think there is no reason to even raise that in this case); 2)Can anyone obtain an untoward advantage if management is honest (The answer is NO) 3) Are there legit reasons for some holders to be selling all or part of their holdings (Answer -YES a lot of folks resisted adding to their 2007 taxable gains, and are now taking some off the table 4) Is this a major buying opportunity ?- YES, YES, YES and if you liked the stock at $6.00 or at 3.98, why the heck would you like it less now ? 5) Why do you really feel that way ? Well, afew too much $ in one stock, the result of rapid appreciation,
andgeneral impatience. So, get even and buy more !! Relax, and focus on what you really have, what you really know, relative to Market Capitalization when fully diluted.
