Railroader; The key to Noront and a new PP is that they have plenty of cash in the bank and have the Windfall Lake Permits (finally) in hand. There is no longer any thing anyone can do to slow down the progress in constructing the 'Ramp' there. All the JV;s in the "Ring of Fire" give them new cash as well. By the time they get to the Extremely HUGH Grade Gold Zones at Windfall Lake they will still have well over $10,000,000.00 in the bank, even including the Expenses through all of 2008 in the Double Eagle EAGLES Drill Programs they will be undertaking. With the news to date, PLUS ALL the news for 2008 (and there is a massive amount of news to be delivered this year) it is unconceivable that the manipulators will be able to maintain their supperssion of the share price even at the next GAP UP price level, which is fast approaching. Thus, why PP prematurely and at such depressed Share Prices as we are seeing now or even at the next GAP UP price level.
