Part of Richard's $28.00 comment (assuming it is true......and I do believe Poly's post) is coming from what he knows about Windfall, as well as DE.  Don't get me wrong, I like DE as much as the next guy, but any of the longer longs will tell you that the ramp at Windfall is tantamount to "mining" the property.  Once they reach the previously discovered high grade gold zones, the rock (ore) they bring out will pay for the ramp, and then some.

Also, RN has had talks with many interested parties regarding DE, and I'm sure there have been numbers tossed around that give RN some idea of what we will eventually receive.
