I just want to confirm the conversation Paliman and I had with Mr Nemis after the AGM meeting.  I asked him how much would he sell the company for lock stock and barrel.  The number was high enoug that I would not post it because I felt I would lose credibility on the board.  Let'sjust say Mr. Nemis thinks we have something really, really huge.  I came away from the meeting and purchased more at $5.75 and again at $5.25.  I gave my son a put on a $10,000 investment that he made at over $6.00.  I also have friends in around that same price.  I do own most at $.61 and recently bought more at $3.75 and $3.98.

Am I sick about the current SP --- yes.

Am I worried about the final outcome --- not at all

Do I know how long this will take --- best guess -- 12 to 18 months

Could you pry my shares out of my portfolio ---  absolutely NOT
