I know that you've all been waiting with baited breath for this.....no ? Okay, then you've been maybe sort of wondering if there would be a third chapter ?...Not that either, huh. Okay then....um, how about a golf update ? Mikey Weir...Hawaii...Alright, alright, I'll stop ! ..... Here then is the 3rd Chapter of Strato-Data !
Palladium & Platinum ....yum, yum.....and we have lots of it. Palladium is around $375 an ounce, Platinum is about $1,545 an ounce. In comparison, gold is now at $863 an ounce.
Using Bully Boy's calculations from a week ago, plus his adjustments for holes # 18 & 11 and albeit at one week old prices, I get the following strato-data.....
The four best holes are : Number 5 (more than double the next closest), then hole # 7, then hole # 18, followed closely by # 9. Remember, this is for palladium and platinum only.
The average platinum tonnage for the 11 assayed holes is 2.94 grams per ton. At an estimate of 7 million tons of ore, that would be 20.58 million grams or 686,000 troy ounces. The approximate value of that would be $82,670.000.
The average palladium tonnage for the 11 holes is 5.47 grams per ton. At an estimated 7 mill. tons, that's 38.29 million grams or 1,276,333 troy ounces. And the approximate value of that is $60,410,000.
NOw, please bear in mind that I'm using averages here and the number five hole has caused those averages to increase. Therefore, the numbers need to be adjusted downward somewhat to compensate for that. However, even with that factored in, those are some pretty nice numbers of precious metals.
And we haven't discussed the nickel yet.........
Yep, the NOT-lands are destined to be mined.
This has been the 3rd chapter of.....Strato-Data........
