There is another important factor that will help us get a fair deal when we reach that point. There are 3-5 Majors looking at us right now and if we deliver the goods, they will all want it. They will not let this go on the cheap. When it comes to negotiations, I am sure, Richard will not lock himself in a box to negotiate with only one party. This will guarantee that we will be receiving a fair (and if a bidding war erupts, which is possible) and possibly a generous buy out. That is the price that will matter to most of us, not the day to day manipulation.
