Drew it makes sense to me,cause in the end when the final buy out comes ,they already have those shares and at a lower cost.Just a question if any one can help,can a buyer hold more than 10%,lets say through different institutions so it looks like the institutions hold the shares not the buyer and not get caught,just hypothetical question?greatfully paliman
