Mr Nemis many months ago said he had something in place to protect the shareholder from a hostile takeover. He did state this specificlly and at the time was very pleased that he felt he had done everything thing he could at the time to protect us from that happening.

Lets all remember the type of person Nemis is and the respect and appreciation for his Shareholders.
