Here is what they said and not backed up by anything factual so the sooner Noront puts out something to dispute it the better off we'll all be.

"Noront Resources Ltd. (NOT:TSXV) NOT RATED has released assays from hole NOT-07-18 on its 100% owned Eagle One occurrence within its Double Eagle project in the McFauld's Lake area of Northeastern Ontario. Hole 18 is one of three holes drilled from the same collar location on an east to west fence. This fence of holes was designed to test mineralization associated with Hole 12 which returned 94.5 m grading 0.62% Cu, 1.38% Ni, and 3.49 g/t PGE’s. Holes 16 and 17 were drilled above hole 18 and in our opinion largely missed the plunge of the mineralization. Hole 18 intersected 18.8 m averaging 7.4% Ni, 3.2% Cu, 1.05 g/t Pt and 10.16 g/t Pd. This is, in our opinion, a very solid high grade result, however in the context of its location does little to expand the potential of the known mineralization.

Although geologically the potential for this system to continue over a considerable distance is possible, these recent results suggest the current area of concentration has limited size. Based on the tight drill pattern it appears to us the company is struggling to detail the overall character of the mineralization."
