I agree w/ you and the similarities lend insight. One thing though (without having the Big S in front of me), I think in the bidding war the price offered by FalconB was around $44 not $144.

I wish I had more money to buy right now and let's not forget that teh global markets have been down for days in a row, so that will have an automatic effect on NOT, too.
