What needs to be said is that posting that you are a long , with your reasons. ia hardly pumping on a specific stock forum. Why ? Because if you simply expressed reasons for owning the stock at a particular level , you are assumed to be long anyway. Hard to imagine that the vast majority here are not long, and I love to hear the various rationales.That is a significant value of the forum. We have rarely seen anyone express a ficitious reason to own NOT. However, if you provide a rationale for value or ownership,, it is appropriate to respond if someone in good faith presents a legitimate fact(or) that puts other light on that rationale.Providing a rationale is hardly Pumping.

On the other hand, it rare for a Basher (hard, soft or otherwise) to respond to any question or criticism of his rants. That is the primary factor that exposes his dishonesty. An honest negative view is fine, but like those Naked SS guys, lack of response is like waving a big BASHER flag.
