I've seen it before but for sure not to this extent. this past year I think I've seen more jvs than ever in my trading days. Exploration plays such as these always jv to save cash. They will also call in friends for jv.

But Nemis has IMHO taken it a step further for expedience. The sooner the job gets done the better and like you say BK...Genius
