Rosedale, thanks for your many great insights. They help us "little

folk" who are not "inside the loop"! ;-)

My question to you:

Since JPMorgan advised XSTRATA on their $20 Billion purchase

of Falconbridge Nickle (In May '06), do you think that JPM might now

be directly advising XSTRATA regarding a purchase of 10% of NOT?

And isn't JPM supposed to be working on behalf of NOT shareholders

to get the best possible price per share?!
