John Embry of Sprott Asset Management was on BNN and used that term to describe the deposit at Double Eagle. He was not very complimentary about NOT because in my opinion they are still accumulating the stock and already own 10.6%. Someone had posted earlier that the term "pencil" is not used to decribe the size but rather the type of deposit.
