Rumor has it, that the package Bush is planning on, includes $800.00 cheques to all taxpayers. Yep, that was an expert said, cheques will be mailed out.

Sorry for the off topic, but thought I'd pass on this strange way of solving a financial crisis. It's just a rumor though.
