with at least SOME semblance of how you arrived at this conclusion?

I mean, you could be right or you could be wrong, but post something of substance to back up your claims instead of just engaging in naysaying.

Personally, I think the markets will be skittish until something is announced from the US side, and although Noront needs news to renew interest, general market sentiment IS going to affect it EVEN with the lack of news.
