Although Noront is not marginable, It is possible to use excess margin on other stocks to buy NOT shares. The market conditions, as they are, are definately having an impact on margin accounts, and anyone over margin will/is being forced to sell, wether it is the marginable shares or NOT.

I believe we saw a precursor to this in August, when the markets corrected, and many were forced to cover margins then.
