I would not consider myself very experienced but I do know a little about publicity. You would have to be a fool to release anynew into this market everyone's worried about a economy and the markets as a whole. The good new would just get lost in all of the bad news if it was released now.

Even before the markets falling, the GREAT new from NOT was ignored in fact the SP took a downward turn. If they have any sence (and I think they do) they will wait.
