Very Nice Conversation with Richard Nemis

In closing my conversation with Richard Nemis this afternoon he said pose this question to the board:

"Have you seen anyone inside this company (Noront) sell one share of Noront? The answer is a big NO!" He says that should tell you something about how we feel about this project. Richard also told me not be believe anything you read on these forums and indicated he cannot believe some of the stuff he receives; most of it is absolute garbage and not worth reading and in fact just plain not true. All it does is discourage investors and established doubt with their decisions.

I spoke with Richard for about 15 minutes and after my conversation felt very positive about NOT and the whole McFaulds area. He explained the geology of the area and that the odds are very good that more then one cluster exist and that the ore body is similar to the Sudbury and Voisey's deposits. He says we are on to something very spectular. I admit I do like to hear that!

Currently they have one drill working and two more moving this weekend. He has a couple more on order and hopes to complete the drilling in grid 1, which are the 8 priority targets very soon to help establish their 43-101 resource. He also has 10 other priority targets in grid 2 to be drilled and he indicated all the holes are to be completed, if I recorded correctly in my notes by spring. He says to expect serious work on this project for 2008 from all players in the area. (I did not explore Grid 1 and 2)

Other point form notes:

1. He mentioned there will be 10 JV partners

2. He mentioned significant changes coming that allows for quicker assays in a more timely fashion from the labs. I said I was told that you could pay for faster results to which he says they have paid more and did not receive the results any faster. Don't believe what you always hear.

3. He mentioned they have 9 holes that they have not yet announced assay results yet. He did say because he was obligated to release the visuals which as he say you should expect results very similar to the first 10 holes. He did say you could effectively double the results. Personally this sounds very significant to me!!

4. Regarding any news release on Monday all he could say is do not believe all your read or hear.

5. Status of the 43-101 is on going. B&E I believe are the engineering firm he mentioned to provide the study. Tonnage still not confirmed awaiting a number of factors such as grades, cost to mine etc. etc. He says it does take time to prepare.

6. He reminded me the deposit as it currently sits is open at depth and at strike. (I am not really sure what I have just reported but he went out of his way to communicate it) They will be stepping out drilling as far out as 5KM to further define the size.

7. Status on the TSX is in the works but still some time down the road; in other words if i read it correctly while a priority not a top priority. And he does not need the 43-101 to apply.

Let me say that I only called Richard because he in an email encouraged me to call him. So I did. That is also the reason why he spent so much time with me to help me with my questions. He did say that he is being advised not to respond to most emails, again due to the absolute garbage he is receiving, but I think he would like to help everyone if he could and of couse is just not feasable. In leaving our converstation he did indicate that I could call him anytime to discuss issues of importances. I thanked him for his time and he parted way.
