The Banking system won't collapse and insurance companies will not be bailed out. Many involved parties are off shore corporations and reinsurance (again off shore) are involved heavily.

Yes the Banks, Financial Firms, Pension funds etc. are going to bleed but tough as they sure made out like bandits putting this crap together.
