The answer is in my previous post 0- they are forcing Congress to emergency approve the spendings for package and it looks like both parties are concured. This is much better news even the .75 cut, because it does indicate the understanding of the problem among polititians of both parties in front of this year elections.

I would consider it as the biggest good news for today. This is about SYSTEM change.
